Cookies Policy
Last updated: April 2026
This Cookies Policy informs you about the use of cookies and similar technologies on DelPhish, in accordance with Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the guidelines of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
1. What is a Cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in the user's browser when it is visited. Cookies allow a website to recognise the user and remember information about their visit, such as the language, session status or authentication tokens. The term "cookie" in this policy also covers other local-storage mechanisms (localStorage, sessionStorage) used for analogous purposes.
2. Cookies We Use
DelPhish uses exclusively strictly necessary cookies and local storage, which are exempt from prior consent under Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE. We do not use advertising, profiling or third-party tracking cookies (no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.).

If in the future we incorporate analytical or functional cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will request your prior and informed consent through the cookie banner, and we will update this table accordingly.
3. Third-Party Cookies
When you complete a subscription payment, you will be redirected to Stripe, which may set its own strictly necessary cookies to process the payment securely. The processing of those cookies is governed by Stripe's own privacy and cookies policies. DelPhish does not have access to Stripe's cookie data.
4. How to Manage or Disable Cookies
You can configure your browser to accept or reject cookies, and to delete those already stored. Because DelPhish only uses strictly necessary cookies, disabling them will prevent the service from functioning correctly (in particular, you will not be able to stay logged in). Instructions for managing cookies in the main browsers:
- Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy.
5. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Cookies Policy to reflect changes in the cookies we use or in the applicable legislation. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. For privacy-related questions, contact privacy@delphish.app.
